Jürgen Freier
Jürgen Freier, born 1964 in Bremerhaven, studied Business Informatics at the Fachhochschule [Polytechnic] in Lüneburg from 1988 to 1991. Following his studies, he held various sales and marketing positions at the Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG for 12 years, the final 4 of which were spent in Paris where he was responsible for the French market.
In June 2003, Freier moved to Gruner + Jahr in Hamburg, where he was responsible for the company’s sales in the rotogravure printing section. Following the company’s spin-off of the printing sector to the newly founded Prinovis Ltd. in summer 2005, Freier initially moved to Schwandorf to the direct marketing service provider meiller direct, schlott group, where he became managing director and assisted with the sale of the company to the Österreichische Post. He returned to Prinovis in January 2008 to assume the position of Sales Director.
